Jaipur - Udaipur Rural Rajasthan Tour |

Day 1: Jaipur Arrive in Jaipur. Transfer to the hotel. Sightseeing in Jaipur. Day 2: Jaipur - Pachewar (about 90 kms.) Drive to Pachewar, about 90 kms from Jaipur. There is a village around its Garh or fort. The village has a lake, cenotaphs, pottery kiln, toy makers and interesting surroundings. Day 3: Pachewar - Raj Mahal Drive to Raj Mahal. Visit Toda Rai Singh's stepwells on the route. Raj Mahal is the 250 year old palace, a part of it is totally ruined. The village with the same name borders a forest and lake and offers angling. Day 4: Raj Mahal - Kota Drive to Kota. On the route visit Bundi fort and the stepwells of Raniji ki Baori. Stay at the hotel. In the afternoon visit the city and have excursion to Palaita village and Sorsan sanctuary. Day 5: Kota - Bijapur Drive to Bijapur. On the route visit the temple complexes of Bijolia and Menal. | Jodhpur - Udaipur Rural Rajasthan Tour | |||||||||||||

Day 1: Jodhpur - Rohet Drive from Jodhpur to Rohet. An interesting street leads to the fort. A village safari will get into the close proximity of the communities of Bishnois, Rabaries and Rajputs and here you can also see the blackbuck in the wild. Day 2: Rohet - Bhadrajun Drive to Bhadrajun, about 100 km from Rohet. Stay at the hotel. The wter-logged areas around the fort become green fields when the water recedes. Day 3: Bhadrajun - Daspan Drive to Daspan. On the route visit Jalore with its temples. The availability of water allows planned farming. The area is famous for its makers of mojris, Bhils bow and arrows and silversmiths. Day 4: Daspan - Siyana Drive to Siyana, to stay in cottages at a farm. A village safari can also be undertaken. Day 5: Siyana - Bera Drive to Bera to stay at the cottages. Visit settlements of colourful Rabari tribals in the vicinity. The farms here are mechanised. Day 6: Bera - Udaipur Drive to Udaipur. | Jodhpur - Kumbhalgarh Rural Rajasthan Tour | |||||||||||||

Day 1: Jodhpur Take a village safari from Jodhpur and visit the villages of Bishnois and Rabaris. Carpet weaving looms can be seen in the villages and blackbuck in the surrounding countryside. Safari terminates at Luni where the dry river bed offers grazing pastures for cattle, sheep and camels. Day 2: Jodhpur Drive continues from this semi-arid zone to greener, better irrigated country as you move from Luni to Pali, sodawas, Kharda and Narlai. Also visit the pretty village of Kotri and the historic town of Nadol. Day 3: Jodhpur - Kumbhalgarh Drive to Ranakpur, Visit the famous Ranakpur temples and the fort of Kumbhalgarh and visit the sanctuary and Bhil villages around it. You can stay overnight in Kumbhalgarh or drive back to Jodhpur. (Tour ends)

Day 1: Jodhpur Drive from Jodhpur to Osian to see the 8th century temples, then to Samrau village with its fort. Later drive back to Jodhpur. Day 2: Jodhpur - Nagaur Drive to Nagaur to see the fort and continue to Dugor village. The topography changes from heavy sand dunes to flat, alluvial plains with deep well irrigation farming. Day 3: Nagaur - Pushkar Drive to Pushkar, the pilgrimage centre with the temple, bathing ghats, and an air of tranquility. Day 4: Pushkar - Pachewar Drive to Pachewar. On the route visit Ajmer and Tilonia with its crafts cooperative center. In Pachewar, there is a blue pottery kiln and metal toy makers. Day 1: Jodhpur - Rohet Drive from Jodhpur to Rohet. This village is known for its handicrafts, and for its farming. In the afternoon drive to villages of Bishnois and Rabaris, looking out for the blackbuck as they roam in the herds in the countryside. Day 2: Rohet - Dhamli Drive further into the desert to Dhamli village. There are fields around the village and the making of mojris in the village is the traditional practice of the people in this village. Day 3: Dhamli - Deogarh Drive from the flat fields of this region to the hilly tracts of the Aravalis to Deogarh. You can see the craftsmen at work on marble and stone. Day 4: Deogarh - Roopangarh Drive to the cotton and chilli growing region of Roopangarh. The Roopangarh fort was the 16th century residence of the rulers of Kishangarh.
